WA – Workplace Assessment

Meng & Company regularly assists both the public sector and private companies with their WAs. In the public sector we’ve assisted the Royal Library, the National IT and Telecom Agency, the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation and the Danish University and Property Agency in conducting WAs in recent years. Among some of the private companies are LINAK and KommuneForsikring.

In the tasks we’ve had as our starting point adaptations of NFA’s korte skema. The adaptations have been discussed with the clients and we are experienced in several variations of the schedule – what that will work well and not so well – and we will also be able to help you.
At the same time we offer to benchmark your results op against a nationwide analysis so that you get an idea of your status.

An analysis of customer intake tells you what your company must do in order to increase the number of customer enquiries. The intake analysis lets us know why the customers choose you and who the new customers are. Surveying customer satisfaction is a step towards dealing with how to hold on to existing customers.

HR Analysis

Employee surveys has as its 2 main purposes to;
