One of the most important reasons for success is that everything takes place at an appropriate level of comprehension. There are no fancy words with a lot of show about this and that theory. The work simply focuses on what is in front of us – right here and right now – with no frills. Once in a while I come across people who find that approach a bit too easy and a bit too fancy – but those are the exact people that haven’t become acquainted with the tools that work in the long run…

What really makes us change the way we act, what really makes us do what we know is right but that we so often forget during a busy work day. Proof? There are so many. Every time we choose to focus on any given area in the management group it works out the way we wish for. Customers begin to give back the same tolerance and mood that they are met with. The way in which we work here at Capana Operations is copied by others. Businesses start looking over our shoulder to get a glimpse of what we have going on…

With all of my heart I recommend Meng & Company to other businesses and institutions. Of course – it’s always the management that decides what will take place – but Meng is able to keep the management, the business and the employees on the right track in which ever direction we decide to head in the first place. And after Meng & Company has walked out the door – we’ve been provided with the tools to carry on along that track every single day.
