“Here in the western parts of Denmark it is well known that true enthusiasm can be difficult to locate in order for it to be defined as enthusiasm in the rest of the country – but, by God, did Meng & Company change my perception of what is possible for us to achieve in this line of work. “The greatest host” has become a tangible tool with exciting and developing managerial challenges. The limits of success in the concept lies in the ability of the management to implement it. That is, thrilling guests and employees with “the greatest host” and following up on additional sales. Already half-way through implementing the concept we have raised the turnover pr. expedition considerably – and at the same time we keep receiving more and more positive feedback on our level of service.
