License to THRILLThe "THRILL factor" and getting "Licence to THRILL" has come to life as a result of trying to find the answer to the question; "What do successful teams do that strengthens the success?" The concept is used throughout hundreds of companies as a hands-on practical tool for developing employees both nationally and internationally, for strengthening sales, management, relations, job satisfaction and results.

THRILL exists in several business-specific editions and can quite easily be tailored into each individual company, team or assignment. THRILL has 6 STEPS:


STEP 1: Goal Setting and Fact Finding

The first step has to do with getting to know your business. A fact-finding mission where we get to know everything about your visions, overall mission and values, personal goals, ambitions and competences, strategies, identity and customer promise. This will make out the foundation for a dialogue about how to tailor a THRILL-process that best fit you and your company.

STEP 2: THRILL survey

The purpose of the THRILL survey is to determine the THRILL factor of your company. Knowing your THRILL factor is crucial when your aim to deliver excellent service to each customer or guest – each time they come knocking on your door.  The THRILL survey is a thoroughly tested system that is based on 6 basic parameters; Timely, Helpfulness, Right before wrong, Interest, Listening and Legendary Playfulness. These tools are part of a larger process aiming at letting you know whether or not your business is on the right track of slightly off course – both internally and externally. THRILL survey is usually implemented at the beginning and at the end of a THRILL program.

STEP 3: Management THRILL

Based on the information collected in steps 1 and 2 we will now emphasize the specific challenges and possibilities that currently face your business. In close relation to the management we create a game plan for a well structured THRILL program suited to meet your needs.

STEP 4: THRILL Process

Our task is to challenge, support and inspire you and everyone in the company to take action. The very key to a successful implementation of THRILL into any company is letting each individual see his or her opportunities in the development at hand. Change must come from within – and be kick-started by a visible and active management capable of conducting change and development.

STEP 5 & 6: Performance Management & Next step

When the training of management and staff has been conducted the evaluation kicks in and looks at the results in regards to Key Performance Indicators and your criteria for success.
